Pen and ink drawings were my original art form; I began drawing during childhood and continue to this day. Though my style has evolved over the years, it is based on the same simple principle as the first drawings I did as a child: doodling.

By doodling, I mean that my drawings are purely free-form, they are not planned, and are not of true physical objects that I see. They take shape as I work on the page, and several preliminary doodles may be combined or drawn from to create a finished piece.
